The first comment from Tariq Diab on Esperance’s loss to Al-Ahly


Tariq Diab, legend of the Tunisian national team and former Esperance Sports Club, believes that the Egyptian Al-Ahly team deserved to win the 2014 African Champions League title.

Al-Ahly of Egypt was crowned champion of the 2023-24 CAF Champions League by defeating Tunisian club Esperance with a score of 1-0 on Saturday, in the second leg of the final, to maintain “The red genie” for his title and strengthens his record by winning the twelfth title in his history.
