The AFC unveils the logos and cups of its new competitions

The Asian Football Confederation revealed the logos and trophies of its new club competitions, during a large ceremony on the sidelines of the conclusion of the 34th Asian Football Confederation conference in the Thai capital, Bangkok, which witnessed the brands showcasing four new competitions in the yellow continent.

The design of the new cups bears a mixture of cultures and traditions spread throughout the various parts of the Asian continent, ensuring that players are inspired to perform better, according to what was reported by the AFC.

The AFC did not stop at the Elite Cup, as it showcased the logo and cup of the AFC Women’s Champions League, the AFC Champions League 2, and the AFC Challenge League.

The President of the Asian Football Confederation, Sheikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, said: “Our commitment to strengthening the football scene in Asian club competitions emerged with the establishment of the new competitions. Today we unveil the logos of these competitions and their presented cups in another major step towards the dawn of a new world and a new era.”

It is worth noting that the AFC Champions League for the Elite will include 24 clubs from the continent in its competitions, while the AFC Champions League for Women will include in its competitions 12 teams, while the AFC Champions League 2 will include 32 teams, while 20 teams will compete in the Asian Challenge League.
