Al-Merreikh fans are pinning their hopes on team captain Ramadan Ajab to achieve a good result in the match against Al-Nasr of Libya in the first preliminary round of the African Champions League, on Saturday, August 17, at the Martyrs of Benina Stadium in Benghazi.

Ramadan Ajab is currently the first star of the Al-Merreikh team, despite his advanced age of 35 years, and the fans are pinning their hopes on him in the competition. African Champions League 2024-25 edition, to lead the team to new success, after reaching the group stage in 5 editions, and was one of the heroes of the group that reached the semi-finals of the most glorious CAF tournament in the 2015 edition.

I worked hard, and commitment was the main theme of that journey that made Al-Merreikh fans very happy.”
