Hi Kora- Argentine star Lionel Messi scored his country’s only winning goal against Ecuador, in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
Messi equaled Luis Suarez, the historic top scorer in the South American qualifiers for the World Cup, with 29 goals each.
On this matter, Messi said, “It is an honor to share this record with all that the qualifiers mean to us.”
