Reports had indicated that Emam apologized to Shikabala when Al-Ahly and Zamalek faced in the Egypt Cup final in Saudi Arabia, for moving to the “Red Giant,” before the “White Knight” captain came out and explained that the player asked him for his shirt, and he also said that he could not reveal the details. Imam Ashour resorts to Kahraba to respond to Shikabala

Kahraba said in statements on the ON TIME SPORTS channel: “I want to clarify a message only through the words of Emam Ashour, because he is with the Egyptian national team and is prohibited from making statements. There is someone who claimed that Emam asked him for his shirt in the cup final match.”

He added: “What happened is that that person was talking to Imam throughout the match and told him: “You will return to Zamalek at the end of the season,” but Ashour, out of respect for the speaker’s old age, put the shirt over his mouth and told him: “I am now in another place.”

It is worth noting that Kahraba had previously explained that his relationship with Shikabala had been cut off, and that the latter blocked him via the “Instagram” application after the former left the Zamalek club.
