Brazilian football legend and president of Spanish club Real Valladolid, Ronaldo Nazario, has shown signs of possibly reversing his previous decision to sell the club, and has confirmed his commitment to his ambitious sports project, rejecting all offers.
The Spanish club is undergoing administrative changes, with Jorge Santiago taking over as the new official spokesperson, succeeding David Espinar who will join Ronaldo in the Emirates to develop his brand project (R9). This change reflects the great ambitions of the Brazilian star and his sporting project.

Espinar explained during the press conference that his new project in the UAE aims to strengthen the position of Ronaldo’s brand in the region, which in turn contributes to enhancing the image of Real Valladolid, the club owned by the Brazilian star.
Espinar, who will continue as CEO of the club until December, handed over the baton to Jorge Santiago, who has been associated with Valladolid for several decades and who began his duties by stressing that Ronaldo “will not sell the club.”
“There were certainly very interesting offers for him, but they were not for the club, and his desire is to continue so that he can achieve all the outstanding objectives and leave the legacy he promised, including the sports city,” Santiago explained.
