He stressed that, if Muhammad Al Owais continues in the ranks of Al Hilal Club, he will be the second goalkeeper behind Yassin Bono in the Saudi League and the first goalkeeper in the AFC Champions League.
Muhammad Al-Owais had asked to leave Al-Hilal Saudi Club this summer, fearing for his position in the national team before competing in the Asian Nations Championship next January in the State of Qatar, due to the arrival of goalkeepers Yassin Bono and Muhammad Al-Rubaie.
Muhammad Al-Owais was the second goalkeeper for Al-Hilal Club last season, succeeding Abdullah Al-Mayouf, who joined Al-Ittihad during the current summer transfer period.
